How about a romantic date while traveling across Tokyo by water bus?

Tokyo Mizube Cruising Line is a public transportation that operates on the waterways of Tokyo. Forget about the busy streets or crowded trains, enjoy the unique, scenic, and relaxing trip from Asakusa to Odaiba, or Hamamatsu on a modern boat.

I tried an upgraded water bus version, a night cruise along Sumida River. It lasted for 1.5 hrs and drove me on a journey with a unique viewpoint of the city's famous landmarks and skyline. Through the large window or from the top deck, I could watch the illuminated skyline of Tokyo, including the Tokyo Tower, Rainbow Bridge, and Tokyo Skytree, passing by.

Normally a journey using water buses costs ¥1200 from Ryogoku to Odaiba. And if you are lucky, you might be able to catch some special cruise, such as listening to the Shamisen performance on board! (Need to pre-book)
