This winter, you can enjoy a limited time bamboo light up event around Tokyo Skytree Area.

Here are the locations I went in order:

⛩ Ushijima Shrine

🌳 Sumida Park (Just outside Ushijima Shrine)

🌉 Kitajukkengawa River Terrace (Between Makurabashi bridge and Koume bridge)

🌊 Sumida River Walk

☕️ Tully’s coffee in Sumida park on Asakusa side

There’s actually not that many people! I could set up a tripod and shoot away at my own pace. The ginkgo leaves at Ushijima Shrine are also really beautiful right now so go soon!
