🇮🇹Le bambole Kimekomi sono piccole opere d’arte di artigianato: bambole fatte di legno di paulonia ricoperte con ritagli di tessuto di seta.

🎎Questa tecnica nasce a Kyoto e si sviluppa ed arricchisce nell’antica Tokyo durante il periodo Edo, quando moltissime bambole Edo Kimekomi vendono richieste come bambole per la celebrazione dell’Hina Matsuri, visto i raffinati dettagli dei kimono indossati da queste bambole.

🎎A @tsukadakoubou , Tsukada Sensei è un artigiano che crea queste stupende opere e nel sua bottega ospita workshop in cui è possibile crearsi un ciondolo con questa tecnica tradizionale…che in realtà è tutt’altro che semplice!

🇬🇧Kimekomi dolls are small works of art of craftsmanship: dolls made of paulownia wood covered with scraps of silk fabric.

🎎This technique was born in Kyoto and developed and enriched in ancient Tokyo during the Edo period, when many Edo Kimekomi dolls were requested as dolls for the Hina Matsuri celebration, given the refined details of the kimonos worn by these dolls.

🎎At @tsukadakoubou , Tsukada Sensei is a craftsman who creates these wonderful works and in his workshop he hosts workshops where it is possible to create a pendant with this traditional technique... which in reality is anything but simple!
